At Kaizen Athletic, we’re committed to getting your custom performance socks out to you quickly, safely and reliably, so you’re ready to be 'Better Every Day.'

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

• Orders placed after 2 pm AEST may be processed on the next business day.

• Custom or personalised items may require additional time; if this is the case, we’ll note it on the product page or at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional and rural areas.

• Standard shipping option via courier e.g; Australia Post / local courier with typical delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Regional/rural areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or extreme weather.

• Shipping cost:

  • A flat rate of $8.95 applies to all orders under $100.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.

  • Express shipping flat rate of $15 Australia wide.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
