Kaizen Athletic Return & Refund Policy
At Kaizen Athletic, we stand behind the quality of every pair of socks we make. Our goal is to deliver premium products and an excellent experience, because your performance and comfort matter.
Returns
We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note:

Customised or club-branded socks can only be returned if faulty or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or altered items.
To start a return, email us at info@kaizenathletic.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email update.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design?
Contact us at info@kaizenathletic.com.au and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available. If not, we’ll help you return your item and repurchase your preferred style.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Once received, we’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
