Everything clubs ask before placing their first custom order with us.
- What's the minimum order quantity?
- 50 pairs per design. You can mix sizes freely within that order across juniors and adults.
- How long do custom socks take?
- Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. Rush production can sometimes be arranged — ask in your quote.
- How much do custom socks cost?
- Pricing depends on quantity and customisation. We provide a tailored quote within 1 business day of your enquiry. Volume discounts kick in at 60, 120 and 240 pairs.
- Can you match our exact club colours?
- Yes. We colour-match to Pantone references or to a photo of your existing kit. Your mockup will show the matched colours before production.
- Do I need a logo file?
- Ideal is a vector file (SVG, AI or EPS), but we can work from a high-resolution PNG or even a clear photo. Our designers will rebuild it for the knit if needed.
- Are logos printed or knitted?
- All branding is knitted directly into the sock — not printed. That means it doesn't fade, peel or crack.
- Do you offer junior sizing?
- Yes — sizing runs from Junior XS (around age 5) through Adult XL. See our sizing guide for the full chart.
- Can I order both grip and footless socks together?
- Absolutely. Many clubs order grip socks for training and footless socks for match days.
- How is shipping handled?
- We ship Australia-wide with tracked freight. Bulk orders go to a single club address, or we can split-pack by team for an additional fee.
- What about reorders?
- We keep your club's design on file. Reorders can typically skip the mockup phase and go straight to production.
